Employer Engagement

Our office is staffed by 4 full-time attorneys, and a coordinator and offer services to all Pitt Law JD, LLM, and SJD students and alumni. Connecting students with employers and helping to facilitate meaningful practical and engagement opportunities lies at the core of our office's mission.

Our password-protected career services portal PittLawWorks allows you and your organization to efficiently and effectively source and connect with our talent. The platform is available to all current JD, LLM, and SJD students as well as alumni. There is no fee to conduct OCI, post jobs, internships, scholarships, or host an event. You and your organization may customize the posting and event based on your needs, and the PDO team can assist you in reviewing applications.

Some ideas for engagement opportunities include information sessions, employer-led presentations/workshops, small group chats, pro bono projects, and panel presentations. As health standards will continue to be applied to all campus activities and events, we encourage you to remain flexible with regard to planning both virtual and in-person programming.

If you or your organization are interested in partnering with Pitt Law to meet your recruitment or engagement needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office at pdo@pitt.edu or any of the members of our team listed below.
