Course Description

This seminar will address the role of international law and constitutional law in the conduct of U.S. foreign affairs. We will discuss such topics as constitutional war powers, treaty powers, and the role of courts in foreign policy disputes. The seminar will discuss the role of law, courts and the separation of powers in the current war on terrorism.
