The Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners on April 11 announced the results of the bar examination given February 25–26, 2014. Pitt Law’s passage rate of 93.3% for first time takers places Pitt Law second out of the eight Pennsylvania law schools (behind only the University of Pennsylvania) and was also 21% higher than the statewide average of 72.4% for first time takers.
Pitt Law also ranked third out of eight Pennsylvania law schools for all test takers and was 7% above the statewide average for all test takers.
